PAY WEEKLY CLASSES
If you have booked for a pay weekly class and find that you are unable to attend, a transfer to an alternative date can be arranged under the following conditions…
1. A minimum of 12 hours notice is given
2. A £2.00 administration fee is paid
This can be found on our bookings calendar listed as “Pay weekly class transfer fee”
The payment must be made at least 12 hours before the original booking is due to take place
All pay weekly classes are none refundable.
COURSES
All course payments are none refundable or transferable.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds/transfers may be considered.
