All deposits are non-refundable.
Once the balance has been paid, the hotel will not refund or change the date of any booking. (This rule has become very strict with hotels since the COVID-19 pandemic).
In the event of a room being cancelled, Sandersons will try to fill the place by offering it to anyone that might be on the event reserve list or by re-advertising the space to other members.
This isn’t always an option and it is advised that holiday insurance should be taken to cover illnesses etc.
