Line Dancing
Stemming from the Country & Western era and partly the Disco era, Line Dancing remains a highly popular style of dance all over the world. Our classes include some old favourites as well as some of the popular new dances to a mix of Country, Irish and Pop music. The routines are great because they are typically fairly short and repeat over a full song. A lovely dance class to get a little exercise, meet new friends and dance to great music.
Is it suitable for me?
This class is suitable for men & women of all ages and abilities. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by this type of exercise, please check with your GP prior to starting the class. What our customers say…
“I have been attending Line Dancing twice a week at Sandersons Nelson for the last five years. Jess is a brilliant teacher and so patient with us and everyone at Sandersons is so welcoming. It’s a great form of exercise and a great social environment. We have lots of laughs and I have made many new friends. Line dancing makes me feel so good and sets me up for the day ahead”
