A high impact workout for those who want to “go for it”. Very lively and energetic cardio class perfect for burning calories. The moves aren’t too complex which allows you to really get stuck into your workout. Abdominal work included at the end.
Is it suitable for me?
This class is suitable for men & women of all ages and abilities. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by this type of exercise, please check with your GP prior to starting the class. Should any particular movement in the class cause any discomfort, please make the instructor aware so that they can adapt your workout accordingly.
What should I wear?
Cool and comfortable workout gear with trainers/pumps.
